      Hannah Spellman Verbally Commits to Benedictine College

      Topeka Select Defender, Hannah Spellman #12 has verbally committed to play soccer for coach Lincoln Roblee at Benedictine College the fall of 2019. 
      “Hannah is an outstanding 1v1 player, is technically very sound with both feet, is the ultimate team player, and she has an excellent work ethic.  She elevates her team's effort and performance in practice by her effort and her expectations of her teammates” – Coach Kruetzer.  
      “Hannah is a defensive leader on our team.  Having the most varsity level soccer experience, Hannah lifts her team up, her 1v1 skills are excellent, and her ability to stop an offensive attack and switch the field of play is tremendous!” – Coach Cole
      Hannah has both her Junior and Senior years to play soccer at Hayden Catholic High School to look forward to!

      The Topeka Select Blaze U15 Girls started the season of as a finalist at the 2018 Border Battle.  The Blaze played up in age division going undefeated in pool play.  The Blaze fell short in the finals against a very solid Tulsa Select Soccer Club team. Congratulations Blaze!

      Abigail Medley #50 with the U18 Girls - Topeka Select Elite lost her life in a tragic auto accident on Saturday, January 27, 2018.

      Abigail was much more than just a soccer player. Abigail was a sister, a daughter, a best friend.  Abigail was a silent leader on our team, whose energy and spirit filled the air.  Abigail had a smile that would light up any room, and her passion for soccer, her friends, her family, and life were unmatched.

      We love you Abigail!  As we take the field, we know you will be with us.  We will miss you
